Client Feedback
It should go without saying that excellent and continual communication should be an integral part of a successful project. However, this isn't always the case.
For me, designing and developing a website is an iterative process - after agreeing on the concept and general shape of the site, I expect clients to be involved in giving feedback throughout until they're tweaked just right.

We cannot praise James too highly for the flair, responsiveness and expertise he displayed in the design and construction of our website. It was a fiddly and time-consuming job for him but the end result is immensely stylish, works beautifully and shows off our stock to the very best advantage.
This is a testament to the value that James added at every stage of the proceedings. Dealing with James has been both a pleasure an an education: a rare experience for the amateur aborad in techno-land!

In previous years the May Ball has been described as spectacularly combining splendour with intimacy. This was the tone that our website needed to strike, and the entire committee was pleased that James had achieved this for us.
All of our ticket sales were online, so the site needed to be on time and super-reliable. James succeeded with this, and was always on hand to help with small touches and concerns.

The website [James created] was a simple but snazzy design, with useful features that helped keep visitors coming back, even setting it as their homepage
We wanted an "all-in-one" page that people could use to see the latest college and national news, and from which they could check their email, see the latest canteen menus and book in for meals. The first version of the site, which was launched with a high profile, encompassed all this - many thanks!
